Register Your Company for a Job Fair
Fill out the form below to register your company for one of our job fairs. We hold one on the 2nd Thursday of the month and welcome companies in all industries.
THERE IS NO FEE TO PARTICIPATE, however, your company must be located in Rhode Island. Each employer may bring up to 2 staff members. We cannot allow more than 2 due to space constraints. At this time, we also cannot accept recruitment agencies. Our fairs are strictly for job seekers to connect with direct employers as stipulated in our funding.
Meet directly with qualified candidates to set-up interviews on the spot!
There is space for about 30 employers on a first come first served basis. Each exhibitor’s space is limited to a 6 foot table and chair that We Make RI will provide; no plug-in signs or large banners. A light lunch – usually pizza and salad – is served around 12:15 as the foot traffic slows. Our job fairs attract about 60-100 qualified candidates each month.
If you would like to put your openings on the We Make RI job board, submit them to Rachel Menard in the format you would like to post by 10 am on the Monday of the job fair week.
Fair is held at 200 First Avenue in Cranston. Set-up starts at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the job fair with plenty of close in parking. If you make a reservation and CANNOT make the fair, please email Rachel as soon as possible. Many participants take the bus for over an hour to meet with specific companies and it’s disappointing when they arrive to find an empty table.
